About the Job:
We're seeking an ambitious GTM Operator to help us scale our proven success formula across new markets. This isn't just another operations role—it's a chance to architect the systems that will fuel our growth in the US, UK, EU, UAE, and Singapore. You'll be working with bleeding-edge tech, reimagining how B2B companies connect with their customers, and building a GTM function that could become the blueprint for other tech companies.

Location - New Delhi (HQ) - Hybrid
Compensation - INR 6,00,000-10,00,000 Per Annum based on experience and skillset
Responsibilities:
- Build Systems That Scale: Create and automate the processes that turn prospects into partnerships. Design workflows that work whether we're targeting 10 or 10,000 companies
- Data-Driven Discovery: Use AI tools, data platforms, and research techniques to identify ideal clients and understand what makes them tick. You're finding patterns others miss
- Tech Stack Engineering: Set up and optimize our GTM infrastructure - from CRM configuration to automated outreach sequences to pipeline intelligence tools. Make technology work for us, not against us
- Growth Hacking with Rigor: Run rapid experiments across channels, analyze what works, and scale the winning tactics. A/B testing with real business impact
- Cross-Functional Catalyst: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure GTM strategies align with what we're building and who we're serving
- Email Domain Health: Monitor and maintain email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration
- Automation Support: Create and optimize workflows to streamline repetitive tasks across the operations function.
We’re Looking For:
- Someone who's obsessed with efficiency and automation - you love making complicated processes simple
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, marketing, founders' office or sales - bonus points if you've been in startup environments
- Someone with an AI-first mindset, you know the tools that are out there, and try those before you go the manual route
- Technical curiosity - you're not afraid to learn new tools and can quickly master platforms like Clay, CRMs, or marketing automation tools
